Hi I’m Rachel

I am a Psychosocial Recovery Coach based in Melbourne, offering remote services with a focus on supporting individuals through my lived experience with drug and alcohol issues, mental health challenges, and experiences with the justice system including incarceration. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Community Services with a focus on Mental Health and AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs), I blend personal Lived experiences with ongoing education. I assist people facing diverse challenges, including Neurodiversity, Anxiety, Depression, and more, fostering a supportive and tailored environment. I have experience as a support worker in the NDIS and have over a year of experience as a support worker in a private rehab, bringing valuable hands-on expertise to my practice. I have a deep passion for helping people and committed to going above and beyond to bring happiness and support to those I work with.
